Prices for your stay at Villa Heimathafen range from 108,- € per day (off-peak season) to 298,- € per day (peak season). Send us your booking inquiry now and we will let you know the exact price.
Included services
Costs for end of stay cleaning service, electricity, water, heating and WiFi are included in the price.
Optional extras
- Bed linen: 6,- € per person
- Set of 2 towels: 4,- € per person
- 25,- € extra charge on end of stay cleaning service if you bring your dog(s)

- Deposit: 30 % of rental price, payable upon booking
- Final payment: 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Security deposit: 200,- €
- Arrival day: subject to agreement – earliest arrival time: 04:00 h p.m.
- Departure time: before 10:00 h a.m.

Cancellation terms
- 70 % refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date
- 50 % refund for cancellations more than 10 days before arrival date
- 25 % refund for cancellations more than 1 day before arrival date
